Yes. All on-site consultations, estimates, and our custom project sketches are provided completely free of charge and with no obligation.
Do you handle the building permits?
Absolutely. We manage the entire permit acquisition process for you. We ensure that your project is fully compliant with all local building codes and regulations, so you don't have to worry about the paperwork.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on all our projects. Additionally, any manufacturer warranties on materials used (like roofing, siding, or windows) are passed directly on to you.
Do you offer financing?
Currently, we do not offer direct financing options. We operate on standard payment terms, which typically include a deposit, progress payments at key milestones, and a final payment upon completion. We are actively exploring financing partnerships to provide more flexible options in the future.
